Empowering Educators: Basic Course in Medical Education at T.S. Mishra Medical College & Hospital in collaboration with King George Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow (2-day event)

The Basic Course in Medical Education, organized by the Medical Education Unit (MEU) at T.S. Mishra Medical College & Hospital, Lucknow, in collaboration with King George's Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, was successfully conducted from March 25-27, 2025, at the MEU Hall, Academic Block.

A total of 30 faculty members participated in this intensive workshop, aimed at training educators in modern medical education technology. The sessions focused on newer teaching-learning methods, ensuring that faculty members are well-equipped with innovative pedagogical techniques.

The workshop was conducted under the guidance of senior faculty members who have previously undergone training in medical education. Dr. Garima Sehgal, Additional Professor, Department of Anatomy, King George's Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, served as the observer and MNC coordinator for the workshop. She commended the management and organization of the event, appreciating the university's efforts in enhancing medical education.

At the conclusion of the workshop, all 30 participants were awarded course completion certificates, marking a step forward in strengthening the medical education framework at T.S. Mishra Medical College & Hospital.
